Crave Arizona 2009: a celebration of food, wine and spirits!
Debuting onto the culinary scene in 2008, Scottsdale’s hugely popular epicurean event was a smashing success that’s become an annual “must have” ticket for foodies and wine lovers from across the country. Formerly called Eats3, the new event called Crave Arizona, brings more attitude, bigger names, wider offerings and an expanded reach to celebrate the entire state’s eclectic and important contributions to gastronomy.
Crave Arizona 2009 will be held October 22-24, in Old Town Scottsdale, with the primary activities taking place on the Bridge at the Scottsdale Waterfront. There will be 10 events with tickets will ranging from $20-$500. Crave Arizona will features many of Arizona’s talented chefs, mixologists and “foodies.” The event will also highlight the unique flavors and harvest of the southwest, including traditional Mexican and Native American specialties.
The festival’s most anticipated event, the Arizona Grand Tasting offers a smorgasbord of taste sensation at every corner with more than 40 independent restaurants, 200 wineries and dozens of celebrity chefs present their finest food, wine and talents! Patrons can experience thrilling cooking demonstrations, informative wine seminars and discover why the world Craves the Arizona flavor ($85 per person).
