I am also an ex employee for Karen Miller. I do know that when the dog's did get there early around 6 or 7 a.m. we did walk them through out the day, I walked many dog's, and I was one of the front desk girls there. Karen is a very sweet owner, the thing about Karen is she lets other employees make up her decisions for her she get's very influenced by other employees and I think thats why she fired me. Karen is awesome with the animal's there. They are well taken care of in Karen's hands. I was working there during the Sweet sixteen episode, and she tried so hard to make everything go smooth. But she still was awesome with the other dog's as well. I don't think she would ever harm or be abusive to other employees that is not Karen.

Every single time that I take my dog in here to get a bath I come out a happy customer. They go above and beyond what is expected. My dog smells and looks wonderful after going here. The staff is really good with your pet and truely seem to care about the the work they do and the way they treat the animals. The prices are very reasonable and comparable to other places.

When my company did the wall murals at Grooming Elegance we couldn't believe the details that Karen Miller put into this salon. The bathing area, holding area and grooming areas are all sound proofed and separated by doors to make a more comfortable work enviroment for the employees and to reduce the stress that the animals are exposed to. All equipment and locations were chosen because they were the industry best and they are ergonomically placed. Even after being open for quite a while the salon is kept immaculate and its always a pleasure to see the friendly employees that greet my dog (who visits weekly for her brush out). PROS: So many I cannot count, but #1 is Karen Miller the owner. CONS: There are none.
