As a board-certified plastic surgeon, I have had the opportunity to learn detailed human anatomy, and have been able to put this knowledge into practice during hundreds of cosmetic procedures of the face and body including liposuction and eyelid surgery. Through working with some of the best plastic surgeons in the country, I have become adept at judging symmetry and aesthetic beauty. Technical skills and an artistic eye are not all that is necessary to achieve success in plastic surgery. The relationship of trust that develops between surgeon and patient is ultimately what contributes to surgical success. My personal philosophy in plastic surgery is to achieve the most natural result possible, and at the Scottsdale Center for Plastic Surgery, I do this by evaluating every patient individually, tailoring the techniques based on their unique anatomy and through careful communication.

My experience with Dr. cohen was awesome! He is experienced, professional, and kind! I could not have been any happier with my experience. His staff was so friendly and responsive. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone!! I love him so much, I just want to stop in to say hi, even six months later!
Pros: wonderful staff, fantastic surgeon
Cons: no cons at all
Will never go elsewhere for any procedure of this type!

Dr. Cohen and his staff are very friendly and have gone out of their way to make sure my experience was the best possible. I could tell Dr. Cohen cared about my individual goals and used his expertise to help me meet them. I've had fantastic results and couldn't be happier!
Pros: Gread bedside manner, cares about individual needs

If I were asked to sum up Dr. Cohen in one word, it would be AMAZING! I had been on consults with other surgeons, prior to meeting Dr. Cohen, and I left those appointments with a pit in my stomach. I just didn’t feel that they knew what was right for me. I was rushed in and out of consults and I did not get a good feeling at all.
In all my research, I just kept coming back to Dr. Cohen’s website. It took me a while to actually make the call for a consult with him, because of my experience with prior consults. I just wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep going. I finally gave in and called. The minute I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. His office is so homey and peaceful, the staff is so helpful and accomodating. I knew from the moment I met Dr. Cohen, that he was the surgeon I was looking for. I felt an immediate and overwhelming sense of security and safety with him. I was very self-conscious of my body, but I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable with him. I felt comfortable sharing my problems with him, without fear of judgement. He spent a lot of time with me, getting to know me, finding out what I was looking for, and what we could accomplish together. He answered all my questions, drew pictures for me, etc. I remember calling my husband on my way home and telling him that I had found “The One”, that he just had to meet him! My husband got the same feeling when he met Dr. Cohen.
One of the things I love most about Dr. Cohen is that he is very attentive to his patients. His bed-side manner is superb. I’ve never had a doctor/patient relationship where I felt so cared for. He and his staff are so attentive, that you honestly feel like you are their only patient. I’ve seen Dr. Cohen at every single visit. There are lots of surgeons out there who are not even part of the process until the day of surgery. They have assistants who deal with the patients at pre and post-op visits. That is not at all the case with Dr. Cohen. He is there for you through the entire process.
Dr. Cohen is a perfectionist and a true artist. His work is amazing. He is a man of great character and I love that about him. He is my surgeon for life. I would never go to anyone else!
I am truly a fan for life!
