STD Test Express website experience was GREAT! It was clear, concise and so very easy to use. The results were clear and easy to interpret. My only issue was with the lab wait time for the blood draw. I went around 8am, opened the door and turned around and left. I returned about 10:30am hoping that the crowd cleared, however it was just as bad. I waited almost two hours before being called. I realize that STD Test Express has no control over the wait time at a lab; however, I found out later that the lab accepts appointment and if STD Test Express had indicated that in the search results I would have made an appointment. You live and learn, next time I'll make an appointment. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience and I will use them again. Thanks for this option!
