“Kachina Country Day School has a pre-school (20 months thru pre kindergarten) and an elementary school (kindergarten thru 6th grade). We are currently working with the town of Paradise Valley to add 7th and 8th grade classes to our campus. We offer students a fantastic academic program, along with weekly specials in Spanish, music, computers, art, P.E. and library. We currently offer enrichment programs for Japanese, flag football, Computer Technology Workshop, band, art, chess, and dance. The teachers and administrators have many years of experience and are truly special educators, who care about the development of each and every student. Our student to teacher ratio is excellent, with an average of 10 to 15 students in each elementary class. The pre school ratio is 7 students to 1 teacher. Kachina is also fortunate to have a fabulous PTO, which is an integral part of our school community. Our students are an awesome group and have created a welcoming and caring environment, for new and existing students alike. My children take Spanish, art, music, advanced computers and both of my children have scored extremely high on the standardized tests.
