The FB is undoubtedly one of Scottsdale's finest restaurants, exceeding culinary expectations on so many levels. If you are not staying at the Hyatt Andaz, you should definitely visit and check out Scottingdale.

Best restaurants to recommend: If you're looking for an inviting dining experience combined with timeless Italian flavors, Franco's Italian Caffe is a safe bet. This downtown Scottsdale restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes with an emphasis on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. On the menu is the Sonora Desert with Arizona-grown Medjool dates sliced and served with fresh cream and pistachio crumbs. Best Restaurant recommends the Arizona-inspired flavors that make up the shot chain, such as the sweet and savory allspice cheese and the spicy tomato sauce.

With a centuries-old family recipe, DeFalco's in Scottsdale lured Guy Fieri to try its Centurion calorie zones. While service was unfortunately mediocre, the food was delicious, which is a fabulous last meal to end the time in Scotts Valley. The creamy desserts and cocktails are served with churros and dip sauces that are as good as, if not better than, the main course. This is the part that first put me on the list of the best restaurants in Arizona last year.
