Scottsdale Arizona Travel

One of the places we visited on our recent trip to Arizona, Scottsdale, AZ, is one of our favorite places throughout the state of Arizona. Our 2-hour guided tour started in the center of the sundial and took us through the beautiful Arizona desert. It was a jam-packed, top-notch event and a great introduction to the city and its history.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is only a 20-minute drive away, which meant we could get to Scottsdale in less than an hour and a half from our Phoenix, AZ hotel. In the surrounding area there are a number of great hotels and restaurants as well as numerous shopping and dining options.

We have loved our time in Scottsdale and look forward to exploring other cities in the state. Every city in Arizona has something different for everyone, and of all the amazing places to visit in the US, Arizona is definitely one of our favorites. There are so many great things to see and do in Phoenix, but we wanted to highlight the best things we have done in and around Arizona, especially when you are on vacation there.

Find a trendy place and have a casual location to have fun with friends and family in Scottsdale, Arizona, with great food, drinks and entertainment.

There is no doubt that Old Scottsdale is a fun place to explore for more than a minute, and it is one of the most popular tourist spots in the city.

Several bus lines run from Camelback Road through the heart of Scottsdale to Uptown Phoenix by light rail. The largest and most popular is the Hotel Valley Ho, one of the most popular hotels in the Old Town. There are a number of other hotels, but the largest of them is Hotel Hilltop, a hotel with an average room rate of $1,000 per night. All Scottingdale hotels in the Old Town are located on the same block, just a few blocks from each other and a short walk from the Phoenix Convention Center.

This means you can take a look at the University of Phoenix stadium while driving outside. re in Sedona, you will not regret taking a look, even if it is only a few hours from Scottsdale and a short drive from Phoenix.

If you have more time, you can do some fun things in Tucson to get around the city. Take a look at some of the things we did with our children in Scottsdale and get extra help planning your Scottingdale vacation from the experts at Experience Scottsdale. Depending on your family's interests, you can also visit some of the local museums, such as the Arizona Museum of Natural History, Arizona State University and Phoenix Zoo. If you have a few days off, I would also suggest a trip to Sedona Arizona, which is two hours "drive away. Scottsdale is located about an hour and a half south of Phoenix on Interstate 17 and about an hour and a half drive from downtown Phoenix. It is about 2 hours drive from Phoenix and is almost directly from the I-17, so it's a great place to pause for a few days.

The Chopshop is one of my all-time favourites and a great place to grab a delicious cup of coffee and have a drink or two with family or friends. Phoenix is home to many outlet malls, including the Phoenix Convention Center, Arizona State University and Phoenix Zoo. My favorite restaurants in Phoenix are always Postino's, but if you're in the area, you can also spend some time with them in Scottsdale.
